      • Public transportation nearby
      • The tour covers a fair amount of distance at a reasonable pace, but if you can keep up then everybody is welcome!
      • Kids are also welcome if they're good walkers! We suggest ages 12 and above, but you know your kids best.
      • You don't need to be a superhero to take part in the City Hike, but a reasonable fitness level is recommended. We move at around average walking pace for approx. 3 hours with some short comfort breaks.

        - clothing to suit the British weather (check the forecast!)

        - trainers (or any shoes you can walk 8 miles / 13 kilometres in)

        - a little cash in case you want to tip the guide (not compulsory, but always appreciated)
